Everyone deserves the same respect and the leveling of the playing field . Physical disability: birth defect, illness or accident e. g. epilepsy, heart conditions, severe allergies, crohn"s, addictions (alcohol & drugs) etc. Mental disabilities: any mental or learning disorder regardless of the cause e. g. dyslexia, schizophrenia, depression. Employee must prove: that you have the protected ground, that you were improperly treated or adversely affected, that you were mistreated due to the protected ground.
