Capacity for sense of justice that can be applied. Principels of justice must consider that people are free and equal, provide a way to operationalize that idea in society"s main institutions. The primary subject of political justice is the basic structure (political/social institutions) and how they fit together. Principles of justice must meet needs of basic structure justice must meet needs of basic structure. Principles must adress luck: realize inequalities, investigate why differences are seen as legitimate and consistent with idea of free/equal citezenship in society. Justice as fairness is a form of political liberalism. Political power must be exercised within accordance of a constitution. All issues concerning these principles must be settled using the guidelines. Each person has the same indefeasible claim to a fully adequate scheme of equal liberties, this scheme is compatible with the same scheme of liberties for all. (guarenteed rights) Freedom of thought, liberty of conscience, political liberties, association.
