The primary subject of political justice is the basic structure (political/social institutions) and how they fit together. Principles must adress luck: realize inequalities, investigate why differences are seen as legitimate and consistent with idea of free/equal citezenship in society. Justice as fairness is a form of political liberalism. Political power must be exercised within accordance of a constitution. All issues concerning these principles must be settled using the guidelines. Each person has the same indefeasible claim to a fully adequate scheme of equal liberties, this scheme is compatible with the same scheme of liberties for all.
