We were considering rules that can govern how we behave and how certain actions are prohibited. If considering only utility, thee cases seem to be putting these cases in question because there are other moral objectives to consider. These are equally important and need to see how they play out with each other with respect to different cases: mystery: some cases, utility outweighs liberty.
