Indigenous law, societies in earth have been organized in numerous ways. Natural tradition, an emphasis on nature, this type of law recognizes that animals are sovereign. Environmentalism focuses on preservation, it does not have a political edge to it that much. In the 1500s and 1600s europe was at a constant state of war. The rejection of so(cid:373)eo(cid:374)e"s imposition of power became increasingly common. It was devastating and caused folks to starve. The power of the pope is challenged by rulers, the power of the church declines over time. States ability to dictate other states is reduced. The legal rise of sovereign states became common, they can start worrying and dealing with their internal issues while not worrying about what their religion is , and therefore they are recognized as equals. Due to this, this gives time for legal states and codify their internal laws in writing. This was meant to dictate future political behaviour.
