Sleep mask; flood you with the type of air you need to keep you going. Constant/undisturbed sleep: sleep paralysis; opposite of sleep behaviour disorder. Sleep paralysis: gaba (inhibitory - prevents motor neurons from firing, cant move), and glycine, occurs during, rem, high stress.
