Part of understanding human behavior is part of understanding human personality and the link to our behavior and our way of accomplishing tasks. There are many different types of behavioral personalities, those who are on top of everything, those who need to be reminded about everything, the stressed out person, and the laid back (laisse-fair) person. By definition, personality is a set of consistent behavioral, emotional, and cognitive tendencies that people display over time in a variety of situations. Personality is the single trait that sets us apart from others. We may be similar in all other fields, accomplishments, degrees, knowledge, but what, in the end, will set us apart from others, is our personalities, the way we deal, respond, and adapt to the situations around us. It is how we differ from the rest is how we will succeed. Some common personality traits include (humour, humility, work ethic, optimism, honesty, etc. )
