Conflict in certain ages of ages which will impact our development in life. Unlike freud, he believed it is influences by social interactions not sexual. Freud believed after puberty we don"t develop but. If the child is given too much attention and hovering parents, the child will be in doubt: 3-6 years [initiative vs. guilt]: interaction with others. Do you initiate a behavior, a simple talk to a stranger: 6-teen [industry vs. inferiority]: he believed lots of things happened in this stage. If you are a hard, productive person, can you do well in math"s, studies or not. In this stage, the child will be labelled if they are good or bad. In 6-7 they realize and see that they are inferior to other. If they are good in reality or not: teen [identity vs. confusion]: not just physical features but what am i? am i introvert, a player, a geek, to get into social groups.
