A person who defines himself of the visionary is different from the person who writes the book. My position is not the tradition position: abdelmajid- dude who said it, it"s the origin of revelation that is divine, to him-quran is the word of god and muhammad. Muhammad was able to intervene with his culture: there is a spirit that unifies the quranic text for the believer, it"s an exceptional text in which the divine spirit inhabits the goals of the revelation. If you look at the prophet of the bible: their prophecy was situated within history. Angelika: we no longer say muhammad says, but we say the quran says, for the lady, the qu. The author is a complex author: muhammad is a part of the complex process, community is the other part, god is also a part. You can"t exclude the divine voice: if you do, the quran is of not interest.
