Recent issues: cancelation of the annual nude swimming event: bomb threats, destruction of public property, issues of pedophilia. Long term reunifications from the city cancelling the event: if there is another thing people don"t like then maybe some other individuals will stand up to cancel events they don"t like i. e. gay pride. If it can happen successfully once it increases the likelihood for it to happen again: loss of freedom, rights and expression. Deviance is use to separate the nature of crime and cover the gap between what is considered right or wrong and what the state considers to be criminal. However this is problematic as the norms continue to change continuously. Conclusion: blackshaw and crabbe (2004): there is no consensus on anything and therefore true deviance does not exist. Synopticism: when the masses are taking their moral ques from a small group of people. Arguably for others deviance is just looking at as difference.
