Napoleo"s code of conduct: same crime for the same punishment, believes that crimes are equally, fundamentally wrong. Punishment: one of the key modifications under the modern day judicial system is punishment, what elements would alter the punishment from what is written in the. What about people of different wealth and race - these are: does prison work to conform people or created concentrated crime impactful of why they do what they do? which results in greater risk to the society. Bentham: came up with the prison panopticon - complete control, credit-card surveillance, video cameras, criminal and academic records, driving records, medical- mental health records. It was not the prison itself but what it represented and what was inside it that has influenced the current society. Ppg: used to determine if the criminals are still a threat to society, can"t actually use nude child photos so they use different images.
