More common in technical presentations/discussions and business oriented meetings. Need to be careful with background images (simple is better) Intro tell the audience what you will talk about in the body and what point you are trying to get across. Body all the points are covered in detail, usually longest sections, can be boring and dull. Conclusion restate topic and take home messages. No more than 6/7 points per slide. No more than 6/7 words per line. Don"t use a laser pointer a lot, it becomes a distraction. Relax as much as possible before giving a presentation. Have a plan before going into the presentation: designer"s approach to presentations. Can you explain your ideas in 30-45 seconds? (summary) (explaining during an elevator ride)
