Once peer has entire le, it may (sel shly) leave or (nobly) remain in the torrent. When a peer requests chunks that they are missing, the best piece to get is the rarest rst design, so that those rare chunks are spread around to as many peers as possible. Each peer will choose 4 top users they will use within their trading algorithm, this causes choking to other users, because the peer will not send them chunks.
