To start keeping bees you need information, bee hives, bees, a location to establish an apiary, beekeeping equipment, interest, and time. Start in spring with a few hives. Includes a smoker and a hive took, as well as some protection against bee stings: coveralls, veil, occasionally gloves (although perferable not too) Smokers can be filled with different fuels to pacify bees by puffing smoke on them. Hive steel made with forged steel and is used to separate the different parts of the hive because bees glue them with propolis. It is necessary to examine the colony in order to assess its condition in terms of food reserves, population, absence of bee diseases, presence of queen, etc. All hives in na are based on the lanstroth hive with is composed of boxes with frames designed to allow almost 1 cm of bee space between combs.
