Variations in dating: second time around, open vs. closed, poly dating, dating without any goal of long-term commitment, arranged marriages. Unrealistic beliefs about mate: perfect partner, one good partner, love is enough, partner will try hard, opposites attract. Women differed in terms of how many times they attended the class. (0-15), at end of semester slides were shown at end of class to be rated on attractiveness.
