Increased heart rate, blood pressure, heightened muscle tension (cid:862)se(cid:454) flush(cid:863) Genital vascongestion increased blood flow in these area for increased sensitivity. Men: penis increases in length and diameter, becomes rigid, angle of penis changes, scrotal skin thickens, testes elevate, nipples become erect. Women: clitoral shaft increases in size, uterus lifts and enlarges, labia become more engorged, darken in colour, vagina lubricates, breasts enlarge, nipples become erect and areolae darken. Sexual arousal continues: getting more aroused.
