Okay to take slaves under certain conditions [if they weren"t rational or were physically/mentally disadvantaged [childlike or lesser] Sort of like caring for people who don"t have capacity to care for themselves, so they should in turn work for those caring for them. On an individual basis; not entire races: aquinas" concept of a just war.
