Bioinformatics: asking what do these sequencing look like what genes might i have what proteins might be encoded. Protozoa have a hetertrophic metabolism so they degrade organics and that"s what we find in sewage, fungi is also hetertrophic and yeasts are unicellular fungi so they are also hetertrophic, ecoli grows in you so obviously hetertrophic.
