Natural penicillin g is active against gram positives and sensitive to beta lactams. Tb is caused by a human pathogen so it we came up with a vaccine that would solve it then we could eliminate it because it would not hide anywhere since it is only found in humans. Both resistant to beta lactams penicillin and ampicillin, acid stable. Acid stable antibiotics advantages you can take them orally and can survive in. Outer membrane isn"t a true diffusion barrier but it does diffuse to a certain extent your stomach have a lot of time. Chronic means its already been resistant to our own immune system so you would need long course of therapy. Section 6: microbial associations of resistance known for the bacterial infection.
