Elected as 16th conservative pm in canada, from 1979-1980 at age. 39, and he was a party leader twice. He believes the un has not had a high success rate because they are much more difficult issues. Paris attacks were done very efficiently and well orchestrated. Believes the age of the participants have to do with it. There s an argument about oversight-about what security agents are actually doing. Said he has not successfully seen this yet in canada. The purpose of terrorism is to create fear and use it. This purpose has been achieved in the paris attacks.
