It is important to change perspectives every so often. Different vantage points for analyzing behaviour and its causes. Taking a different perspective helps you be critical. Some of the major perspectives in psychology: biological, cognitive, behavioural, sociocultural e. g. treatment for depression. You can"t judge a book by it"s cover.
