Rats[cs] + loud noise[ucs] = fear [ucr/cr] Ucs(drug) elicits ucr(drug action / respitory depression) Cs (familiar injection setting) elicit cr(counteraction to drug; respitory excitation) Unfamiliar setting(no cs, no cr): death by respitoty depression.
