Bright lights or dilated pupils? bright lights are usually a problem because your pupils are more dilated when you"ve been drinking/smoking, avoids this issue in the video. Deven had been heavily under the issue of marijuana, but not seen in video. Argued for 12 minutes, but they don"t show deven arguing, was questioning every move of the officer. Deven did not have his driver"s license on him. Cooke frames deven as good samaritan and ignores misdemeanor offence. Cooke says deven was attacked, bound and kidnapped by somebody . When you unpack, you can see how the public is systematically manipulated. Deven questions whether frost is an officer. Deven admits to not having his license on him, then says he does. Emerges as human interest story, started out as isn"t this interesting? (no call to action) Closer to 2000, starts to emerge as social problem.
