Frequency of sexting: most teens are not sharing nudes, most teens are not asking for nudes. Criminalizing sexting: protecting canadians from online crime act 2015, preamble: this enactment amends the criminal code to provide, most notably, for a new offence of non consensual distribution of intimate images.
