We do not have right to a lawyer anymore during police interrogaion. Shows very conservaive model to the court system, being less protected. Means more likely to say things you should not. Interrogaions: not persuaded that the miranda rule should be transplanted into canadian soil, not allowed to consult with a lawyer for a second ime during an interrogaion.
