Everbearing: bear 2 crops of fruit, late june early july and late august. Day- neutral: bear continuously from late just to sept. The side crown are bene cial because they increase the yield, the daughter plants are the ones that eventually take over the parent plant. They are very shallow rooted, majority of root system is 15 cm in soil and therefore must have a sheltered location where the snow will collect. The more sun the higher the yield. Not a ood or drought tolerant plant. The prefer loamy soil as they will retain moisture. Open site with good air movement will reduce occurrence of disease.
