Cognitive archaeology: the study of past ways of thought from material remains. It is very hard because of hoxs hierarchy. This might include, designs, forms and styles, techniques of technology, art and writing and other symbolic systems. Purpose is by working back from these material remains, archaeologists try to reconstruct the worldview of past populations. Or in other words we want to know what ppl thought in the past, when they thought it and how they came to think it, and now that affected their society primary areas of interest to cas. The further back in time you go, the harder it is to determine their religion and cult differences. Cosmology: the understanding of the cosmos, the whole universe that we live in. It includes ideas about the origin of the world, how the world and living things were created etc. also how the world works, cosmologies may emphasize spirits in living and even inanimate things.
