Polyphemus (cyclops) prays to his father to get odysseus. Poseidon punishes odysseus by creating waves and not letting him get home. Argos had an important temple of hera. There was a contest between hera and poseidon. He lost and dried up all the rivers in argos. She faces a horny poseidon and he starts chasing her. Demeter turns herself into and horse and poseidon does the same. He catches her and they create the divine horse areon: he also mated with medusa. When her head was cut off by perseus. Pegasus came from her head: has 4 horse chariot. Looses to athens and troezen to athena.
