At the time, didn"t really believe in myths anymore but still used them. Apollodorus (library) - wrote everything about mythology in chronological order. Vergil (aeneid) - known to be the most influential literature apart from the bible. From roman perspective but connect with greeks. Ovid (metamorphoses) - recorded many traditional greek myths. Livy (ab urbe condita/ from the foundation of the city) - latin equivalent to herodotus.
