Completely different from gold or silver race (hesiod states that races are completely different) Almost as violent as bronze people, but more just that bronze age. Godlike race who are heroic in matter (called demigod) Almost as if they"re living the golden age. Worst age: people are evil to each other and disrespectful to gods. We are living the iron age (hesiod"s point of view) Only age where people have to work hard. Zeus gets annoyed and decides that human will not get fire. Prometheus faces wrath of zeus (doesn"t get away with it because zeus sees everything) Prometheus gets strapped to rock and has bird rip his organs apart. Cant die because he is immortal so faces pain every day. Creation of pandora: at once he made an affliction for mankind to set against the fire. All gods give her wonderful gift: beauty, skills of weaving, clothes and jewels, grace/charm/desire (aphrodite)
