A written or spoken agreement, that is intended to be enforceable by law. Restitution = the restoration of something lost or stolen from its proper owner. There are 5 parts to a contract: offer offeror makes the offer, and the person who receives the offer is an offeree. Courts will presume that each party has legal capacity and the intention to create a legal relationship. If you want to challenge these 2 assumptions then the person who brings up these challenges has to prove that they did not have these. Contract law is the fundamental foundation of our economy (capitalistic society), business, employment, insurance law are all based on contract law. Everything is based on law of contracts, people involved in contracts are all equals. Courts will not question the adequacy of consideration meaning they wont question the value you put on something.
