The formatting requirements are subject to change without notice, so please read the requirements every time you submit a work report. Font: 12 point times-roman font for paragraph text with 1. 5 line spacing in the front matter and report body, with the exception of . The letter of submittal and optionally the back matter (single spaced). Section headings are 12 or 14 point times-roman bold, with 2 to 3 line spacing between sections. Margins: 1. 5 left, 1 right top and bottom, with fully justified paragraphs. The report body and appendices should use section numbers. The front matter should not use section numbers. The references and glossary sections should not be numbered. The front cover and title page, and letter of submittal should not be numbered.
