Places & regions- unique properties & areas with shared attributes. Pattern and process a spatial arrangement of a phenomenon cause and effect producing pattern. The cause and effect links that produce patterns in human geography, processes tend to be probabilistic (i. e. a pattern will likely occur, but not 100% certain): e. g. Accepted, precise coordinates: latitude & longitude, township, range & section, street addresses. Concrete attributes or the diverse meanings attached to a location.
