People with private care are fearful of public care. Private health care costs more, but the user can choose what clinician they want and how fast they want it done. Makes health care a commodity, 13543=qualits not necessarily true. Private health care = buy your way to the top. Access to whatever procedures you want/can pay for. Health inequity refers to those inequalities that are deemed to be unfair. Doctors will also be split between the systems. Those who can afford to do so should get better service.
