Should there be legislaions that determine how you should use your land? (this can take away the idea of private properies) Problem: it"s prety radical for that ime period because around that ime, slavery was prevalent. If there is unused land, then i can go turn it into a farm, put a fence around it then that"s my land. The consent of all people involved is required. If there isn"t enough space in britain, then go to north america! Problem: it"s not vacant, the naives live there. If we kill all the naives, then the land is now vacant but that"s not moral. (also, go to condiion number three. ) We created naional parks because we began to see that we are running out of commons and we want to preserve what we sill have. Each person will pursue their own self-interest in a commons and the commons cannot sustain the increase in demand.
