Continuous facades: absence of encroachment of car space: parking lots, gas stations, animated streets, diversity of uses and people. Completely separated from urban environment, arranged to be built from outside in, no outside access to middle greenspace, not integrated, super block form. Parked cars can be used to block pedestrians from traffic, bump out curbs improve safety. Adding new buildings into the existing urban fabric. Retail on bottom, high density residential on top. Directly on main street, different heights, townhouse, mid-rise, high-rise: attaining a mix, so one isn"t a set of towers.
