Basic model: disposiions, situaions, and interacions, when we think about understanding humans and making predicions, there are a lot of factors we have to take into account. When we understand a person, we call their characterisic traits their personality. Personality doesn"t tell you everything it is simply some form of way of organizing characterisics. A way for us to organize useful structures to determine why people might think or feel diferently. People act diferently this is the backbone of how we understand human behavior. People have diferent disposiions, this afects how we think and view, and this is behind how we behave in diferent contexts. The workplace difers and people act, think and feel diferently depending on where they are (the environment: workplace, work task) Work can also be understood as the job performance.
