Slideshows were created using powerpoint and were presented on a laptop. Objects in the familiarization trials were a spoon, a bottle, a doll, and a brush. Objects in the action videos were a cookie, a cup, a scarf, and a hat. Objects in the test trials were a brown feathery cat toy; a red, black, and silver diy (do it yourself) object; a blue and white dog toy; and a red and white kitchen utensil. Novel names used for each object in the test trials were matched for syllable length. Study 2: current intentions or intentional cues rather than their initial ones.
