Document Summary

Variations in mental disorders: not criminally responsible for their actions due to some sort of mental disorder. Jd did not seem sane, he displayed lots of non-normative behaviour. None of what he did made sense, most of us would look at this pattern of behaviour, desire and think that guy isn"t right. Didn"t have a lot of control over his sexual disorders, no capacity to relate to other people. He struggled to have any kind of normal, sexual functioning interactions. When it comes to causing damage, suffering jd did a pretty good job in creating misery in a lot of people"s lives. For a lot of people who are causing a lot of harm we don"t see it as a sign of a lack of sanity because they are rational, if misguided goals. What we can"t understand is somebody who would capture, torture, and murder somebody for their own sexual satisfaction, that is a goal that makes no sense.
