Now we know that flees on rats made people sick. Begin to see records of people"s health and examinations. Shift from holistic to symptoms - based back to holistic. Shift of labeling, sorting, categorizing (pros and cons) Middle ages - people are labeled, sorted, and categorized. You can get a particular type of treatment. Self-fulfilling prophecy: a prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true, by the very terms of the prophecy itself, due to positive feedback between belief and behavior.
