It affects the ideologies of how to become a parent, and do we expect both parents to be at the work force, and how do they take care of the children. Parents have the only responsibilities that take care of the children, they are have the primarily responsibilities but they expect to be supported financially. Policy layers: public policy, social policy (things that affect the well beings of the individuals) Family policy is fundamentally concerned about the family as the basic social institution. What is public policy? (care about broad things that happening in the society) Policy is a plan or course of action carried out through the development, enactment, and implementation of a law, rule, or code in the public or private sector - bogenschneider, 2006.
