Sex: what makes up biologically male or female (xy or xx respectively) Gender: the feeling of maleness or femaleness (psychological and sociocultural aspects verus. Gender identity: the self-concept of being female or male (how you identify yourself) Gender role: a complex cluster of behaviours/mannerisms to which we are expected to conform on the basis of our sex; gender roles are culturally deined. Sexuality involves physical activity (hugging, kissing, sex, and etcetera) Sex may be used for reproduction and/ or pleasure. Erotic feelings include: desires, fantasies, thoughts, urges, and attractions. Human sexuality: how we experience and express ourselves and sexual beings (include: gender, gender identity, gender roles, and sexual orientation); this is a critical part of the self. Multidisciplinary nature of the study of human sexuality. How various behaviours are viewed at diferent times. Conclusions: diferent societies have tolerated diferent behavious and diferent attitudes. Explore what is right and what is wrong.
