Could get 13 of the suicidal bombers because they were already in the system and they used real information (frequent fliers, etc: inaccurate government database. Identity theft same name and used social insurance: bypass background check cards, before = fingerprint + picture. Now = full body scans: dehumanizing, states turned to private sector when it was illegal and then buy off someone else. What makes you unique: thought process is different than others, different values and judgements, experiences and relationships, biometrics fingerprints and looks, genetic make up. In india, hundreds of millions impoverished people have no id which means no bank account, credit, insurance or government aid: biometric in india. 1/3 have no official id of any kind. By the end of the 2011 the id project expected to be signing up 1 million indians a day. All has to do with tracking money.
