Prof claims that the cs forms a very common background of assumptions funding work in many many many!!! Prof did not mean to suggest that. Current its researchers are aiming to replace teachers with its. Its represent a significant improvement over uts (unintelligent tutoring systems), because they are more responsive to the user"s needs. That is to say, its are more similar to real teachers than uts are, or at least, they are more similar to what real teachers ought to be in some respects. Prof sketched some elements of educational context, and the student-teacher relationship that are incompatible w/ the cs model. We are free to make whatever inferences we would like from this. It would be impossible for its to replace teachers.
