What is fiction: something made up, fiction reveals truths that reality obscures, readers want to buy into this fake reality created, suspension of disbelief is a key element employed in fiction. When an author adds a human connection and touch, adding interest and semblance of truth, only then readers will suspend their disbelief. How far can you push a reader"s disbelief: the template you give a reader must be loose enough to allow them to imagine, but also have some constraints that will guide them as well. Fiction is the examination of what they do and why they do it. A writer must always use the time of a stranger in such a way that he or she feels it has not been wasted. Mark twain a tale should accomplish something and arrive somewhere. It is the basic template of any fiction story. Protagonist: must be included in the introduction, background story to develop the character.
