Symptoms: diarrhea, abscesses, fistulas, oxalate kidney stones, fever, arthralgia, cramping, pain, nausea, vomiting. Restricted to the colon , onset at the rectum may progress in a contiguous manner upwards , along the git, inflammation restricted to mucosa and submucosa. Bloody diarrhea, luminal edema, ulceration, tissue fibrosis, fever, arthralgia, cramping, pain. Malabsorption especially in cd of vitamins a, b12; zinc & magnesium. Loss of appetite, decreased dietary intake (e. g. energy, calcium)
