Three levels of society: household food, shelter, sleep, and sex (basic needs, village market; distribution of physical necessities, polis security, public facilities, public ritual and morality. Evil and good is distinguished by for the greater good or for the decision maker(s) him/themselves. Maybe ethics is somewhere in the middle.
