Health habits: a health related behaviour that is firmly established and often performed automatically: repeated behaviour = habit, ex. Vegetables, seatbelts, sunscreen, exercise, brushing teeth, hand washing, recycling, coughing using elbow: poor (risky) health behaviours. Things we are doing that are bad for our health: ex. Smoking, coach potato, alcohol, gun ownership, eating unhealthy.
