Snorri needs to show the idea of prefiguration. Balder is probably the son of odin. He takes all illness and sadness on his shoulder. Baldr realized something is gonna happened but no gods know what will happen. Parasite wraps its branch around other trees. Snorri read it from books and learnt that it can be made into magic potion. Bad dream -- ask everything to not hurt baldr. Norse gods are blame for baldr"s death because they challenge it. We got the promise now and now let"s challenge it. What kind of the afterlife is this. Physical state + no one remember it. Hel for the forgotten and for those who are not worthy to be remembered. Common fate -- not to be remember.
