Insight: separating relevant from irrelevant information, finding useful ways of combining relevant information, or relating new and old information in a novel and productive way. Genius: a particular aptitude, ability, or capacity in any domain. Alternatively, it has been used to indicate rare intellectual ability. Creativity: you can express novel and useful ideas, to elucidate novel and important relationships, and to ask previously unasked, but crucial, questions. Talent: used to indicate a special ability, aptitude, or accomplishment. Analytic giftedness: understand the parts of a problem and how they are interrelated. Synthetic giftedness: insight, intuition, creativity, or adeptness to solve problems. Practical giftedness: applying analytic and synthetic abilities solve problems. Mixed-ability grouping confers little benefit on gifted students they sometimes become frustrated with peers" inability to understand them. Cluster grouping: learning from similar peers; grow academically and intellectually as a group; fewer feelings of isolation and more feelings of acceptance.
