Patent (new process, blue print) someone have some ideas to do something. To give a patent, must be show it obvious. It has to be created by u, and not mandatory to be new. The first application of patent owns the patent. Copyright the expression of an idea, the idea has to be transfer to written or something else from brain. Trademark represents the brand to the public, such as can incl. shape, colour, design, works. Don"t need to register trademark in law, but need to register to protect yourself.
